I opened a ticket #708560 and was given a link to check the status of the ticket, but when I did so, your software said 'Access Denied'. I opened another ticket, #764497, but have not heard back from either ticket.
I am not the sort who just lets things go, so you will have to get in touch with me. I am retired and have lots of time to be a pest. My initial ticket concerned two packages paid for which never arrived. I accepted the first as happenstance, but when the second package didn't show up, I messaged the vendor.
She did not respond, and I received the message that her mailbox was full. I have paid her over $100 to date and received nothing for it.
